This is a convenient, 1-page formal handout I made which summarizes the key points and recommendations of the NKDG; it is a platform-independent and printer-friendly version of New Kidronite Dietary Guidelines: Handout (.odt).[1] This document is perfect for taking shopping or to a restaurant as a "cheat sheet". If you find the full details of the NKDG overwhelming, this is the simplified version. Still, note that the different parts of the New Kidronite Dietary Guidelines are not meant to be used in isolation; please consult the other documents! The key principles of the NKDG, and well as more background on the project, can be found at New Kidronite Dietary Guidelines: Principles. Please also remember my Legal Disclaimers.

Authorship

After quicky noticing that people were having trouble properly viewing and using my handout in the ODT format, I decided to create a PDF version of it and only allow it for public download to avoid any more problems or confusion. I did some testing the week before, but formally made this document on April 20, 2014. I have not made any changes to the content since then.
